Mariana (she/her/ella) is a dedicated advocate for equity, justice, healing, and liberation. She provides management and liberatory administrative practices to support social justice organizations, coaches, and consultants. As a values-led and trusted partner, Mariana cultivates joy, meaningful relationships, and safe spaces where individuals can bring their whole selves to the work, feeling affirmed and respected.

Mariana utilizes her lived experiences as a Queer, first-gen Latina, along with her love for connection, to foster hope and inspire intentional change. She partners with organizations to explore systems change and liberatory practices at the intersections of gender, racial, economic, and climate justice. Her services include system analysis, identifying gaps and solutions, admin coaching to enhance leadership skills, and promoting curiosity and experimentation to drive long-lasting change.

Her notable clients include adrienne maree brown, Change Elemental for the Weingart Foundation’s John Mack Fellowship, and Parent Voices. Mariana’s work includes deep system analysis, process development, infrastructure support, and admin coaching.

Mariana’s commitment to social justice is evident through her board service with Ministerio Latino, a ministry supporting LGBTQ+ Spanish speakers facing displacement due to anti-queer violence. She has co-lead delegations to El Salvador to connect environmental justice, LGBTQ justice, and human rights work.

With 15 years of organizational experience, including roles at the Social Transformation Project, The Brown Boi Project, and The Center for LGBTQ Studies of Gender and Religion, Mariana brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her consulting practice.

Living in Tongva Land (Long Beach, CA), Mariana finds joy in nature, by the water, and in cuddles with her loved ones. She resides with her wife, a 12-year-old cat, and a 1.5-year-old puppy.
