Alfreda Harvey-Whitaker is a management and organizational development consultant. Alfreda is the founder and President of Horizons Unlimited, which is a management and organizational development consulting firm. She is uniquely qualified to work with non-profits based on her background that includes more than 25 years of experience working in non-profit organizations. Additionally, Alfreda earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Organizational Management. Over the past 14 years, Alfreda has worked as a consultant and trainer for a number of nonprofit organizations in executive coaching, developing strategic plans and in other organizational development work. Alfreda works with organizations from a holistic standpoint and focuses on enabling them to develop self-sufficiency in managing growth, challenges, and most importantly, change. Her motto is “the best way to predict the future is to create it”. She has worked with organizations such as the Asian American Justice Center, the National Immigration Forum, American Immigration Council, the National Women’s Law Center, the National Legal Aid and Defender Association (NLADA), and The Leadership Conference on Civil Rights (LCCR).
