Sharing Leadership and Power

Vision calls us to lead as a fractal of the future we want to create. The form our leadership takes may shift based on the terrain we are in and our role in it. However, the DNA of our leadership, in whatever form, must be informed by our visionary values. Leadership defines, understands, cultivates, and exercises power from a perspective of we—to embrace interdependent, mutually accountable, liberating practice as a present guide and an aspirational idea.

We are making sense of the current situation and discerning when to roll in, step back, invite others, and respond to invitations, opportunities, and challenges accordingly—flexing across a spectrum of directive and collaborative leadership practices—always in service of a vision of liberation and sovereignty.
